Customer Help Document

  1. Open Eat Homely App
  2. Go to profile section located on the right bottom of the app
  3. Select Login/Register
  4. Select Create Account
  5. Enter your mobile number and select send OTP
  6. Enter the verification code received in your sms and select verify and proceed
  7. Fill your details like Name, Email ID, and password.
  8. Select the pincode of the address of delivery. Please keep in mind that you can order the food from the Home kitchen (Home Kitchen) of the same pincode only. Save the details.
  9. To add address, Go to Manage address under profile section. Please keep in mind that you can order the food from the Home kitchen (Home Kitchen) of the same pincode only
    • Select the ‘+’ icon.
    • Fill the details like name and mobile number.
    • In Enter Address, locate the place of delivery in the map. 
    • Once you locate the place in the map, automatically city, area pincode, state and country will be automatically filled.
    • In Enter Address 2, type the finer details like door number, street name and landmark
    • Select the nature of address either home or office or other
    • If you want to set this as a default address, move the slide bar
    • Save the details.
  10. Once you save the address of delivery you are ready to order the home cooked food from our Home Kitchen of that pincode
  11. Go to Home page
  12. Choose the Home Kitchen in which you are going to place the order. You can choose the Home Kitchen directly or based on your choices of food like veg, non-veg, North Indian or South Indian etc.,
  13. Choose the subcategory
  14. Choose the items you want to order and add to cart
  15. Choose check out
  16. Confirm the address of delivery
  17. By default self pickup of food from Home Kitchen is enabled. If you want your food to be delivered by a delivery agent, click the checkbox of the Delivery service. (Delivery service option will be shown to customer if it is available in that pincode)
  18. Choose order preference
    • If you want your food immediately you can choose immediate option
    • If you want your food later you can use the schedule option. After selecting the schedule, choose the preferred delivery date and time of your order
  19. Select the payment method
    • Pay after delivery
    • Pay now
  20. Payment can be done through upi only. No cash payment is accepted. If a customer doesn’t have an upi app, the customer can choose the pay after delivery option. In case of delivery service, pay the cash to the delivery agent and in turn the delivery agent will pay through upi app. In case of self pickup, customer can pay the cash to Home Kitchen and Home Kitchen will use upi app to make payment.
  21. Select place order and select done
  22. Order placed successfully screen will appear. 
  23. Customer can track the order status.
